Mr. Santosh Kumar Jha

Mr. Santosh Kumar Jha joined ASHKAM in July 2022. A Graduate in Civil,he comes with an extensive 35+ years of experience in Steel Plants,Refineries, Mills, and Oil & Gas industries. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from IIT, Kharagpur in 1987.

Mr. Srinivas Prasanna
Chief Technical Officer- Oil & Gas
Mr. Prasanna joined ASHKAM in November 2023. He is a result-oriented professional with 34 years of diverse work experience in design engineering, construction, and PMC. Domain expertise includes Energy, Steel, Chemicals, Refinery, Oil and Gas,Petrochemicals, Ports and terminals. His work experience includes LNG/CNG sector, Offshore/Onshore, and Subsea pipelines. His specialties are Business and Operational Management, Consulting Engineering,and Project Management. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree (1989) and Business Management from IIM Kolkata (2006).
Mr. Mani Lal Gupta
Business Development
Mr. Mani Lal Gupta Joined ASHKAM in January 2024. He has a good sum of 18+ years of experience in Geoinformatics and a recent 10 years of experience in Business Development. Being an extrovert and good in communication skills, he has bagged several Projects associated with various industries. The major projects include Real Estate, Infrastructure - Metro Rail Projects (BMRCL, CMRL, IMRL, DMRC & KMRL, and various Highway Projects).
Also Contributed to the Energy sector such as Hydropower Projects & Solar Power Projects, Marine and near-shore Projects, and consulting services to most of India's major infrastructure companies. He holds a Master’s degree in Geology (2002) from Hansraj College, University of Delhi.
